Refund Policy
R Tech Computer ki refund policy course access status, payment verification, admission approval aur institute decision ke according apply hoti hai.
1. General Refund Rule
Course fee refund automatic nahi hota. Refund request institute approval, course access status, student case and payment condition ke basis par review ki jayegi.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund request following cases me consider ki ja sakti hai:
• Duplicate payment hua ho aur gateway/payment record se verify ho jaye.
• Payment successful ho gaya lekin course access provide nahi hua aur issue resolve nahi ho pa raha ho.
• Institute ne kisi valid reason se course cancel kiya ho.
• Refund request course access start hone se pehle institute ko submit ki gayi ho.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Following cases me refund normally applicable nahi hoga:
• Course access already activated ho chuka ho aur student ne lessons/material access kar liya ho.
• Student ne video, PDF notes, practice files or certificate access/download kar liya ho.
• Student ne wrong course choose kiya ho but institute ne course access provide kar diya ho.
• Student discipline issue, login sharing, content misuse or policy violation me involved ho.
• Discounted, promotional or special admission fee unless institute specifically approve kare.
4. Refund Request Process
Refund request ke liye student ko apna name, registered phone/email, course name, payment proof, transaction ID aur refund reason submit karna hoga.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refund normally 7 to 15 working days ke andar original payment method ya mutually agreed manual method se process kiya ja sakta hai. Bank/payment gateway delay institute ke control me nahi hota.
6. Partial Refund
Some cases me institute partial refund approve kar sakta hai after deducting payment gateway charges, administrative charges, accessed content value or applicable service charges.
7. Course Change Option
Refund ke alternative ke roop me institute student ko course change/upgrade option provide kar sakta hai, subject to approval and fee adjustment.
8. Final Decision
Refund approval, rejection or partial refund ka final decision R Tech Computer management ke paas rahega.
