R Tech Computer website, online course platform, student dashboard, enquiry form, payment system aur certificate services use karne se pehle in terms ko carefully read karein.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Website use karne, enquiry submit karne, course buy/enroll karne ya student dashboard access karne par user in terms ko accept karta hai.
2. Course Enrollment
• Course access sirf registered, paid ya admin-approved enrolled students ko diya jayega.
• Course duration, syllabus, fee and batch details institute policy ke according change ho sakte hain.
• Manual enrollment institute/admin approval par depend karega.
• Student ko course access tabhi milega jab payment verify ho jaye ya admin manually approve kare.
3. Student Account Rules
• Student apne login credentials ko confidential rakhega.
• Login sharing, course content sharing, video/PDF redistribution or misuse strictly prohibited hai.
• Any suspicious activity par institute account access temporarily block kar sakta hai.
• Student ko apni correct information submit karni hogi.
4. Course Content Usage
Videos, PDFs, notes, assignments, practice files and certificate templates R Tech Computer ya respective content owners ki property hain. Student personal learning purpose ke alawa content copy, resell, upload ya distribute nahi kar sakta.
5. Payment Terms
• Online payment successfully verify hone ke baad course access unlock kiya jayega.
• Failed, pending or disputed payment ke case me access hold kiya ja sakta hai.
• Payment gateway charges or bank delays institute ke control me nahi hote.
• Payment record admin panel me maintain kiya ja sakta hai.
6. Certificate Rules
• Certificate course completion criteria fulfill hone ke baad generate/download hoga.
• Certificate me student name, course name, issue date and certificate ID include ho sakta hai.
• Wrong details submit karne par certificate correction approval institute ke decision par depend karega.
• Fake certificate, edited certificate or misuse par certificate revoke kiya ja sakta hai.
• Certificate verification public verification page se kiya ja sakta hai.
7. Enquiry and Communication
User enquiry form submit karke institute ko phone, WhatsApp, email ya SMS ke through course-related communication karne ki permission deta hai.
8. Website Availability
Website maintenance, server issue, payment gateway downtime ya technical update ke karan temporary service interruption ho sakti hai.
9. Limitation of Liability
R Tech Computer learning support and certificate-based training provide karta hai. Job placement, government recognition or third-party acceptance ka guarantee tab tak nahi diya jata jab tak explicitly written me mention na ho.
